The start of high school football is still ahead, but we began working on ads for our annual preview in late June. Our sports crew puts together a section previewing every high school team in the northwest quadrant of Kansas — quite a task. A lot of the advertisers on these pages don’t normally advertise in our paper — or possibly at all — but want to show support for the home team.

There are few new ones this year that the business doesn’t have a logo, so we will try and put something together for them while designing the ads. Here are a couple I did this year.
